Technical

Connecting Bubble - and thus Office365 Contacts - to your Enreach phone system is very easy. With Bubble, you connect the telephony platform Enreach based on the Enreach API. To connect Bubble, the XML API must be configured in the Enreach portal. Then the internal phone numbers (extensions) must be added to the Bubble portal so that the events are delivered to the correct user. With this, you set up a secure and stable connection.
